This privacy policy sets out how Tetraketra AG (the “Company”) uses and protects any information that you provide the Company when you use our services.
We are committed in collecting and processing such data transparently and in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (the “Act”). Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our services, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

We require this information to understand who are our clients, and in particular for the following reasons:

Our website may occasionally contain links to other websites of interest (for example our LinkedIn profiles). However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
DATA RETENTION
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
Our data is saved on a private cloud hosted in Switzerland and our provider is certified ISO 27001 – Information Security Management.
Personal Information saved on this cloud follows “Need to Know” principles and reading/writing rights are only granted to employees that must obtain this information to complete their duty for the Company.
Please note, we will retain your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary in keeping with the purposes for which we collect it and to comply with our legal obligations.
CONTROLS AND RIGHTS
According to the Act, you have the following rights with regard to your Personal Information, particularly in the event of a legal restriction, the overriding interest of a third party, or an unjustifiable request:
- The right to access your Personal Information.
- The right to have them corrected if they are inaccurate or incomplete. In this regard, the Company seeks to ensure that the personal informations are accurate and up to date.
- The right to oppose and/or request to limit the processing of your Personal Information. You can object to the use of your Personal Information for marketing purposes or withdraw your consent.
- The right to request the deletion of your Personal Information. However, this right is not absolute and may be limited by ongoing contracts.
